Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Product Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags.

• Exchanges: We accept exchanges for eligible items.

• Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only.

• Return Label & Cost: A prepaid return label is included with your order. There is no cost for returns.

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive your return.

 

To start a return, contact us at Hairdynamics1475@gmail.com. We will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
